1. Who we are
EloBoosters ("the Platform", "we", "us") operates an online marketplace connecting customers with independent providers of digital gaming services: rank boosting, coaching, and the sale of game accounts.
EloBoosters is an independent marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer, including but not limited to Valve, Riot Games, Epic Games, Ubisoft, or Blizzard Entertainment. All game titles, trademarks, and artwork belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this platform implies publisher approval of the services offered.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) before enabling certain features, as described in the KYC / Identity Verification Notice.
3. Nature of the services
All services sold through the Platform are digital services. Delivery happens online — there is no physical shipment. Boosting and coaching are performed by independent partners ("Boosters" and "Coaches"); account listings are offered by independent sellers. The Platform provides the marketplace, order management, payment processing, and dispute handling — the Platform is not itself the provider of the boost, coaching session, or account.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices are shown before you commit to an order, including any add-ons you select. By placing an order you authorise the corresponding charge.
5. User obligations
You agree that you will not:
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- provide false identity, payment, or account-ownership information;
- attempt to move a transaction started on the Platform off-platform to avoid fees or protections;
- harass, threaten, or defraud other users, partners, or staff;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following lead to suspension or termination of your account: payment fraud or chargeback abuse; selling access to accounts you do not own or control; using cheats, exploits, or unauthorised automation in connection with any service; attempting to manipulate reviews or dispute outcomes; circumventing identity verification.
7. Game publisher rules
Game publishers' terms of service may prohibit or restrict account sharing, boosting, or account sales. Using such services can carry consequences imposed by the publisher, up to and including account suspension or closure. You are responsible for understanding the rules of the games you play. See the Boosting Risk Disclosure and Account Marketplace Risk Disclosure for details. We make no representation that any service is permitted by a publisher.
8. Refunds and disputes
Refunds and disputes are governed by the Refund & Dispute Policy. In short: you can open a dispute from your order page within the stated window, and our support team reviews evidence from both sides before deciding.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may publish revised terms. The revision supersedes this version from its effective date; where required, we will ask you to re-accept before actions the revised terms govern.
11. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales; the governing-law and venue clauses will be finalised in the counsel-reviewed revision.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the Help Center or the support contact published on the Platform.
